BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team PPR Leagues

ANALYSIS: Washington's backfield has been a real mess all year long. Neither J.D. McKissic nor Antonio Gibson have played more than 55% of the team's offensive snaps, and while Gibson is averaging 13.2 PPR points per game to McKissic's 9.2, the Footies don't have a clue of what they're doing on the running side of things and it is really hard to know what will come next from it.
The only slightly clear thing about this backfield, though, is that Gibson is the lead rusher while McKissic is taking on most pass-catching duties. That alone makes him a PPR-format WW target, but now you also have to factor in Kyle Allen's injury and Alex Smith taking on the starting QB role. Why? Because Smith loves him some running back check-down passes, where McKissic should thrive.
J.D. has been targeted 6+ times in four of Washington's last five games and also has two 8-target games while finishing last weekend's affair against the Giants with a season-high 14 targets. He was able to catch 9 of those 14 passes for 65 yards. McKissic is not heavily featured on run plays, but he's averaging around 4.5 carries and 25 rushing yards per game this season.
Washington's offense isn't anything out of this world, sure, but they face the worst defense against rushers this season in Week 10 and they play the teams with the 24th and 23rd most fantasy points allowed to the position. If only for three weeks, you will find a very nice RB2/FLEX play available for free in most leagues out there. Take advantage of it.
