BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 23% Fleaflicker
ANALYSIS: Jake Peavy has epitomized inconsistency for the Giants this year. The 35-year-old former Cy Young Award winner owns a 5.33 ERA, but that number was up at 8.21 in late May. Throughout the course of the season, Peavy has four outings with five of more runs allowed, and seven others with two or fewer. He has feasted on the Padres, Braves, Rays and Phillies, but was understandably lit up by the Rockies and Cubs. Peavy is not what he once was, but he did post an 3.58 ERA in 2015 and a 3.73 ERA in 2014, so he can still pitch. He is worth an add in NL-Only leagues or very deep mixed leagues if you can afford to only plug him into your lineup against a particularly weak offense.
