ANALYSIS: Gyorko is really mashing right now, and has been on a power binge recently. Over the past two weeks, Gyorko is rocking a .306 batting average, to go along with 6 HRs, 10 RBIs, and 7 Runs. And over the last 30 days, he's ripped 8 home runs. Not too shabby from your second base, or middle infield slot. Many people dropped Gyorko after his injury and slow return, but don't forget that Gyorko was a highly touted prospect with big talent. If Gyorko is still available in your league, pick him up immediately - especially if you're not thrilled with your 2B / MI situation. His position flexibility of second base and third place is also a nice added bonus.
