BALLER MOVE: Add in 12-Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 38% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Jeff Green has been around long enough that, after going fifth overall in the 2007 Draft, he spent his All-Rookie campaign as one of the last Seattle SuperSonics before the franchise packed for OKC. Now in his fourteenth year as a pro, Green is representing the Brooklyn Nets (the eleventh team he's played for), who you wouldn't think would need any help with scoring from their bench. However; to complete the James Harden blockbuster trade, Brooklyn parted with Rodions Kurucs, Taurean Prince, Jarrett Allen, and Caris Levert, sacrificing most of the reinforcements that led them to the playoffs in 2019 and 2020.
The majority of the Nets' scoring obviously runs through their Big Three and Joe Harris, but with the depletion of their once-glorious bench has come the chance for Green to get back into some serious minutes for the NBA's most prolific offense. He has been super dialed in with those opportunities, connecting on 1.6 of 3.6 three-point tries per game (career-high 43.3%) and 81.6% of free throws, with a 63.8% effective field goal rate and 66.6% true shooting percentage further evidencing his heightened efficiency from the field. In seeing close to 30.0 MPG since early-January, Green now has the time to accumulate statistical volume, and he has so far succeeded to the tune of 12.8 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.0 steal, and 2.2 threes a game shot for a dead-eye 42.1% clip. The Nets' superstars will constantly command vigorous attention from the opposition, and as a key veteran scorer seeing impactful time, Jeff Green can provide a huge boost in points, all shooting percentages, and three-pointers, while providing helpful totals of rebounds and steals.

Fantasy Basketball Deeper-League Waiver Wire Adds for Week 24: Isaac Okoro, Kris Dunn, Josh Richardson, Corey Kispert, Delon Wright
The deeper a fantasy basketball league, the harder it is to hit a winner with your last few picks. It is also harder to find decent help from the waiver wire if your late-round picks don't do you justice. If you picked up a few stinkers, don't lose hope just yet. I will try to […]
Onyeka Okongwu (SF/PF, ATL): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 16% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Hawks are currently the 10th seed in the East but are also tied for 8th and 9th with Brooklyn and Charlotte respectively. There's even a chance (albeit small) that Atlanta could rise as high as to reach the 7th seed if […]
Immanuel Quickley (PG, NYK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 48% of leagues ANALYSIS: If we use common basketball sense, then the New York Knicks and Coach Thibs should try and see what the young guys such as Immanuel Quickley have in them and what they can provide the franchise with ROS, as the NYK are […]
Deni Avdija (SG/SF, WAS): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 37% of leagues ANALYSIS: One would reasonably think that a player seeing a playing-time boost such as that of Deni Avdija's this month would make said player drop his efficiency numbers. Well, not the case for the Wiz Wing by the looks of it. Avdija has […]
Nicolas Claxton (PF/C, BRK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 24% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Nets can finally rest assured they'll make the play-in portion of the season. Not quite what you expected when the season got rolling back in October, but at least more than what the Lakers would have accomplished a week from now. […]
