ANALYSIS: Joffrey Lauvergne began the second year of his career on a strong note, with three consecutive games of at least 10 points and five rebounds. He then missed 13 games with a back injury, but has since returned to action. With Kenneth Faried locking down the power forward spot, Nikola Jokic playing well and Jusuf Nurkic nearing a return, the Nuggets' frontcourt has become loaded with talent, so minutes will be hard to come by for Lauvergne, but the potential is there. As far as Lauvergne's long-term value goes, fantasy owners will need to monitor how each of Denver's centers perform over the next month or so, but as long as Nurkic is sidelined, the second-year big man from France is worth owning in deep leagues due to his upside.
