BALLER MOVE: Add Immediately (If Not Sooner!) in All Leagues
ANALYSIS: Andre Ellington has a history of foot problems (ligament sprain and ankle surgery in college), so it's especially concerning that he's aggravated his left foot in practice on Thursday. XTRA 910 Arizona's Mike Jurecki's reported Ellington "could be out an extended period of time."
Ellington is getting an MRI today, and we'll be sure to update this post once the results of his tests are out. In the meantime, run, no SPRINT, to all of your league's waiver wires and grab Jonathan Dwyer right now! Dwyer is a big boy (5'11", 220), and while he won't be the type of player who racks up 25-30 touches a game due to his mediocre talent, he should see 15-20 touches as the lead Cardinals running back. The key to being a successful fantasy football running back is half opportunity, half talent and half execution (makes sense, right?). Dwyer may now have the opportunity and is worth rostering everywhere until we know more news about Ellington.
