Jose Bautista could land on the 15-day DL because of a sore shoulder, according to a report by Sportsnet.
The Toronto Jays outfielder may have aggravated an already hurt shoulder on Tuesday when he attempted to throw Delmon Young out at first base from right field, according to the tweet by Sportsnet reporter, Barry Davis.
Bautista's shoulder was already sore but his throw to get Young at 1st, made it worse. For now, he's day to day but DL not out of question

Bautista, 34, was unable to make warmup throws on Wednesday due to the soreness in his right shoulder. Toronto is at 7-7 going into Wednesday. It will be tough go without one of the most prolific power hitters in MLB.
The 12-year veteran has 187 homers in the last five seasons. In 14 games this season, he already had four, but had a low, .149 BA. Kevin Pillar will fill in for the big slugger Wednesday and presumably for the time being.
