BALLER MOVE: Stash in All Leagues (if you have room)
ANALYSIS: The Josh Gordon saga continues on, and who knows when this situation will actually be finalized and resolved. After the NFL upheld his year-long suspension a few days ago, the recent news is that Gordon's suspension may be reduced if a few things falls into place. The NFL and the Players Association are trying to negotiate a new drug policy, and the outcome could determine the fate of Josh Gordon for the 2014 season. Apparently one of the clauses is regarding the threshold for marijuana testing, since Gordon's barely tested positive. If the agreement is made, there's an outside chance that Gordon could play this year.
Regardless, the bottom line is, if you have a roster spot or can cut the last man on your roster, it may be worth snagging Gordon off the waiver wire if he's still sitting out there. Currently Gordon is only 44% owned in Fleaflicker leagues, so he's widely available. It's possible that nothing will come of this, and Gordon will indeed miss the entire season, but if he doesn't you'll be happy you picked him up. We all know his monstrous upside for fantasy football, so I don't need to get into the statistics and details here. A decision is expected within the next few days regarding the NFL drug policy, so if you can wait it out a bit longer then there may be some light at the end of the tunnel. Again, this is all just speculation, and a long shot, but is also a low-risk high-reward move.
