BALLER MOVE: Add in 2QB Leagues
OWNED IN: 2% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: A thing that I'm always hesitant to admit is that I'm still a Josh Rosen believer. His NFL career's gotten off to a rough start, but I still think there's something there.
The Dolphins made the right call replacing Ryan Fitzpatrick with Rosen and despite Rosen being surrounded with some terrible talent and protection, he's flashed some good moments so far. The Dolphins had a Week 5 bye, but against the Chargers in Week 4, Rosen was 17-for-24 for 180 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. Not great, but his completion percentage was good and he threw his first touchdown of the season.
In Week 6, Rosen gets a good matchup against Washington, and a quarterback needy team in a two-quarterback league could justify starting Rosen in that matchup. He's looked better, and while the stats just aren't really showing that yet, the Dolphins should be trending up, especially if they can get Albert Wilson back soon.
And Washington might be in worse shape than Miami at this point, making this a prime spot for the Dolphins to explode for a big performance. Of course, in Week 7 they face the Bills, so it'll be time to relegate Rosen back to your bench for that one.
