BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 2% of leagues
ANALYSIS: The Arizona Cardinals have been one of the most talked-about teams during this past off-season. That talk can be chalked up to the young quarterback out of Oklahoma, Kyler Murray. We all know about David Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald and their roles in this offense, but was really interesting to see is just how many weapons the Cardinals went out and got in the 2019 NFL Draft for their rookie quarterback.
The biggest question surrounding this offense was who might be the receiver to step up and become a favorite target for Murray. Larry Fitzgerald has shown glimpses of his former elite self, and we've seen flashes of a few rookies but the name that I'm looking at to get a piece of this offense is Keesean Johnson. In Week 1, we saw him get 10 targets against the Lions, catching just five of them for 46 yards. In Week 2, he was quiet, catching one of just two targets for 31 yards. The appeal here is to own a part of this potentially high-powered offense for as cheap as possible. In deeper leagues, he's worth taking a shot on and stashing on your bench for a bit in case he takes off or either Fitzgerald or Christian Kirk should get injured.
