ANALYSIS: In seven games played in 2017, Kelly Olynyk is averaging 12.3 PTS with 1.7 3PM on 56.1 FG% and 64.3 FT%, 6.0 REB, 3.3 AST, 0.4 STL, 0.7 BLK and 1.0 TO in 24 minutes a game. This includes a strong showing on Jan. 13 against the Hawks in which Olynyk hit 9-of-11 from the field, 4-of-5 from beyond the arc and 4-of-4 from the line for 26 points, eight boards, three assists, a steal and no turnovers in 32 minutes. Those sort of performances could see him in an increased role in Boston. If he is able to earn minutes in the high 20s and keep up this good play, Olynyk could easily be worth a roster spot, even in standard leagues.
