ANALYSIS: We are a few days removed from Thomas's 41 minute outing in Charlotte where he secured his second consecutive 16 point outing. A product of that Coach K fellow who just won his 1000th collegiate basketball game, it shouldn't be too surprising that Thomas is turning heads in the disciplined Triangle offense while simultaneously gaining the trust of Derek Fisher. If Fisher continues to give Thomas the amount of touches he is when Carmelo Anthony sits, the third year forward has potential to factor into New York's box score on an almost nightly basis, especially if the Knicks continue tanking. If more minutes prove to help Thomas round out his fantasy game (he gets bundle of rebounds and a couple assists most nights), then this dude could prove to be a gem for the second half of the season (Did I mention his three position eligibility?).
