ANALYSIS: Lonnie Chisenhall hasn’t developed into the star the Tribe hoped they were getting when he was drafted in the first round of the 2008 amateur draft, but he’s been a solid contributor to their best team since that time. He’s hitting .370 with four homers and a pair of steals in the last 30 days. Overall, he’s at .305/.354/.473, thanks in large part to career bests in contact, line drive and strikeout rates. Chisenhall is still being shielded from southpaws, which limits his ultimate value, but he’s still a fine CI option in plenty of formats.
