BALLER MOVE: Add as QB1 in All Leagues
OWNED IN: 78% of Fleaflicker Leagues
ANALYSIS: He's back! Well, at least according to reports, he will be back this Sunday. While Romo (collarbone) hasn't officially been activated off of the injured reserve/designated to return list, the Dallas Cowboys released ineffective backup Brandon Weeden Tuesday afternoon, a move that certainly signals Romo's impending return.
If someone in your league foolishly dropped Romo back in Week 2 and he still hasn't been scooped up, now is the time to pounce. When we last saw Romo in action, he was throwing for 356 yards and three touchdowns in a season-opening win against the New York Giants. And he was on pace for another 300-yard game in Week 2 against Philadelphia before suffering the broken collarbone.
Romo will have his full complement of weapons available, most notably wide receiver Dez Bryant, who himself has returned to health after missing five games with a foot injury. And Dallas faces the Miami Dolphins, a team that has given up generous fantasy outings to quarterbacks throughout the season and just last week allowed the duo of Sam Bradford and Mark Sanchez to pass for a combined 392 yards.
Get Romo into all of your lineups and start him with confidence.
