BALLER MOVE: Add in Deep Leagues
ANALYSIS: The Yankees have made their second significant transaction-- first they acquired Alfonso Soriano, and now it's Reynolds. After witnessing Soriano's impact post-trade, the former Indian third baseman figures to earn a starting gig. Even with A-Rod healthy, Reynolds should still find a spot in the lineup on most days. There's a chance that he could sit occasionally against righties, but it's hard to believe the Yankees signed him to ride the pine. For deep-league owners seeking a HR or RBI boost, Reynolds makes for a very intriguing option. The power potential comes with a trade-off in batting average, but playing in pinstripes could pay huge dividends.
