Somehow he has less ownership than Rueben Randle, despite already breaking out just over a year ago. Finally healthy and regaining chemistry with Andy Dalton, Jones is coming off of two back-to-back weeks with touchdowns - and he could continue to be a significant part of this resurgent Bengals passing offense going forward as it keeps clicking.

Small, fun fact - back when he broke out in 2013, Jones was amongst the league's best in fantasy points per snap. At this point, Jones should be owned in all PPR leagues, and most standard leagues as well. Make sure to target him off the Week 4 waiver wire if he's still available in your leagues.
