MLB DFS Prop Picks for 10/12 - PrizePicks

kyle tucker fantasy baseball rankings MLB news draft sleepers DFS lineup picks

Hello everybody and welcome! The 2021 MLB Postseason is alive and well and that means our new friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.

Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best, and easiest to win, MLB DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.

PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props as well as hitter props in which you determine if the pitcher or hitter in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option.

Featured Promo: Our friends at PrizePicks are hooking you up. Get a 100% instant deposit match up to $100 using promo code BALLER with your first deposit, and also a free year of RotoBaller Premium access ($99 value)! Fantasy Score and Single Stat MLB Totals

Kyle Tucker over 6.5 fantasy score - Tucker has been hot late as he is posting a .429 OBP and 1.352 OPS over his previous seven games. He has also collected two hits in each of the previous two games in this series including a home run in each of those games. He will be facing left-hander, Carlos Rodon, which is not such a bad thing for Tucker as he has posted a .910 OPS with 13 home runs against lefties this season.

Yuli Gurriel over .5 Runs + RBI - This one could be a bit dicey, only because Gurriel has been a bit cold with a .625 OPS over the previous seven games, but he is the AL batting champ and could snap out of this at any second. He will be facing White Sox left-hander Carlos Rodon and Gurriel has posted a .924 OPS with eight home runs and 63 combined runs + RBI in 93 games this season against lefties. He will likely be batting sixth in this game and could have plenty of traffic on the bases ahead of him and will likely have Kyle Tucker (mentioned above) hitting behind him.

Austin Riley over 5.5 fantasy score - Riley has been hitting .360 with a 1.000 OPS over his previous seven games. He has also collected a hit in each game of this series including a home run in game two. He gets a likely matchup against Brewers' left-hander, Eric Lauer, who has allowed 15 home runs to right-handed hitters this season.

Jorge Soler over 5.5 fantasy score - Soler gets the same matchup as Austin Riley above, which is a great thing for him as he is posting an .845 OPS against left-handed pitching this season and has hit 12 of his 27 home runs off of lefties as well. He has been locked into the leadoff spot for the Braves recently and has gotten on base in every game in this series while also posting a .400 OBP over his previous seven games.

Overall Recommendation for this play: FLEX
