The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props as well as hitter props in which you determine if the pitcher or hitter in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Fantasy Score MLB Totals
Jean Segura over 7.0 fantasy score - Segura will be facing Patrick Corbin who has allowed right-handed hitters to post a .290 BAA against with a ridiculous 29 home runs and 19 doubles. Segura has hit lefties well as he has a .887 OPS with 14 extra-base hits and three stolen bases this season. He is also 10-for-35 with a home run and two doubles off Corbin in his career.
George Springer over 8.5 fantasy score - The Blue Jays offense sputtered a bit with Springer out for the previous week and a half, but they came back to life last night when they dropped seven runs on the Orioles. Tonight, Springer will face Keegan Akin who has allowed a .316 BAA to right-handed hitters and has allowed nine home runs and 12 doubles. Springer has posted a .997 OPS vs. lefties in 2021 and should be in a good spot to get over this total from the leadoff spot tonight in a game where the Blue Jays are expected to score close to six runs.
Luis Robert over 7.5 fantasy score - Robert has been swinging a hot bat as he is posting a .385 average with three home runs and 19 combined runs + RBI over his previous 10 games. He has a matchup against Bryse Wilson who has given up a 6.04 ERA to righties in 2021 and has allowed 13 extra-base hits across 25 1/3 innings pitched to them.
Josh Donaldson over 8.0 fantasy score - Donaldson has four home runs in his last 25 at-bats and is posting a ridiculous 1.573 OPS over that span. He will be facing Zach Davies of the Cubs who has given up 14 home runs, 18 doubles, one triple, and a .285 BAA to right-handed hitters in 2021. He has also allowed 20 earned runs across his previous 22 2/3 innings pitched.
