FanDuel DFS Guards
Damian Lillard (vs LAC, $8,200)
Damian Lillard recently said that with the Chris Paul injury, it will be fair, as there are now no All-Stars on either team. This was a joke toward his absence from the All-Star game again this season. On a more serious note, Lillard should have absolutely no problems dominating without Paul in the lineup. Paul is a fantastic defender, so his absence makes Lillard a much better fantasy option. He has over 30 fantasy points in all but one game so far this postseason. He is safe to use in 50/50 contests, and he also has enough upside to warrant tournament play.
Jamal Crawford (at POR, $5,000)
With Chris Paul shelved for the rest of the postseason, Jamal Crawford is likely to take over the offense. Blake Griffin is also not going to return for the remainder of the season, so Crawford can pretty much shoot at will. He posted almost 30 fantasy points in his last game, in which he played 44 minutes. He should continue to play big minutes, and the Clippers' guard can heat up quick. There is no reason to avoid him in either format tonight, as he is simply too cheap for his upside and price tag.
FanDuel DFS Forwards
Al-Farouq Aminu (vs LAC, $5,900)
Al-Farouq Aminu has huge upside. He has been showing flashes all season long, but he never does anything special on a consistent basis. Two games ago, he posted over 50 fantasy points, scoring 30 points in 36 minutes against the Los Angeles Clippers. This will likely not happen again for the remainder of the series, but the potential is there. He does have over 20 fantasy points in every game so far this postseason, so his floor is decent and his upside is tremendous. He is worth the risk in tournaments, especially after all the injuries the Clippers have been dealing with.
Jeff Green (at POR, $4,700)
Jeff Green, whether he starts tonight or not, makes for a fantastic option. With Blake Griffin out of the lineup, Green could potentially start, but last game, the Clippers decided to roll with Paul Pierce. However, the veteran only played a total of 10 minutes, while Green played well over 30 minutes. He posted over 30 fantasy points, and he should have success tonight against the Portland Trailblazers. It is always great when an injury happens in the postseason for fantasy purposes. It opens up a lot of value during an otherwise valueless point in the season. Green can be used in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Mason Plumlee (vs LAC, $6,200)
It is definitely time to stop sleeping on Mason Plumlee. He has been dominate the entire postseason. Aside from the first game of the series, in which Plumlee only played 19 minutes, he has over 35 fantasy points in every other game. He is playing over 30 minutes per game, and he is on an absolute tear. His price tag has not yet adjusted, and DeAndre Jordan is one of the worst defenders in the league at the center position. It'll be interesting to see how Jordan handles what is now 'his team.' He wanted to be the leader, and here is his chance. Unfortunately, it is likely that Plumlee takes him to the bank for over 35 fantasy points yet again. Use him in all formats.
