NBA DFS Lineup Picks & Sleepers - FanDuel Advice for 4/21/15

After nearly one week of the NBA playoffs, only one road team has won a game. If the old adage is true that a series isn’t truly a series until the road team wins a game, then the Toronto-Washington series is the only series so far. Too bad both of these teams are showing more inefficiency than a session of Congress.

We have provided our daily picks throughout the year and we will continue to push hard during this second NBA season. Below are our favorite FanDuel DFS picks for Saturday April 18th, 2015.

Keep in mind, fantasy basketball is a fickle game when it comes to injured players, so be sure to check all lineups prior to tip-off. If you want to chat about your roster picks, check out the DFS chat room at the bottom of this post.

Worth The FanDuel Investment

John Wall (WAS, PG) - $9,300

The premier Wizard was atrocious from the field on Saturday. He went 5-for-18 and it seemed like he was content with taking multiple fade away jumpers. The Washington coaching staff will let him know to drive to the basket and take advantage of his speed, right?

Kevin Love (CLE, PF) - $7,100

LeBron’s MVP candidate had a nice opening game against the Celtics and there’s no reason that can’t continue. The Celtics were quite poor against opposing power forwards on the year, especially against big men that can shoot. Dial the Love Hotline on Tuesday.

Isaiah Thomas (BOS, PG) - $7,000

You could tell back in March that Boston was a team on the rise shortly after trading for Thomas. He is a playmaker that has exceptional upside when he puts it all together. This postseason will be his official coming out party. It’s a shame Boston will lose this series because they have some young guns that are fun to watch.

Marcin Gortat (WAS, C) - $6,900

Gortat has quietly put up solid numbers in the second half of the season. He also seemed to find some weakness against the Toronto interior. It should be clear to anyone that he has an exploitable matchup against Jonas Valanciunas. Let’s just hope that Wizards coach Randy Wittman sees the light and plays him more than 26 minutes.

Evan Turner (BOS, SG) - $6,700

The true value of Tuner lies in his ability to play multiple positions for a team that can play any pace. That sort of flexibility pays dividends in the playoffs, especially if their game is a high scoring one as Vegas predicts.

Fanduel Sleepers & Value Picks

Louis Williams (TOR, SG) - $5,200

The NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year showed signs of being able to decimate the Wizards during the first game. He has the ability to single-handedly take over this low scoring affair. His price is quite a bargain.

Al-Farouq Aminu (DAL, SF) - $4,500

Whenever Chandler Parsons sat out during the season, Aminu stepped right in and filled in nicely for DFS players. Parsons will sit out and Aminu will most likely start in his place. He will have plenty of opportunities in this match-up, and targeting this game is a solid idea for Tuesday.
