ANALYSIS: The days of low-volume, high-efficiency Nelson Agholor are over. Agholor is not your boom/bust, four-target-or-less player anymore. The Raiders have made Agholor a fundamental part of their offense and it's been four games in a row in which the WR has logged 6+ targets with 9+ in the last couple of matches. And given his production through the year, there is nothing wrong with that.
Through the first nine games and 10 weeks of the season, Agholor was targeted 29 times total. Even on such low volume (3.2 targets per game) Agholor was somehow able to average 9.3 PPR points scoring five touchdowns in that span. Agholor's 83.5 PPR points from W1 to W10 were the most among receivers with fewer than 30 targets by then.
Looking at those numbers, the Raiders realized Agholor's efficiency and started feeding him heavily. That's why Agholor has more targets in the last four games (35) than through the first ten weeks (29). Agholor has totaled 60 PPR points in those games catching 20-of-35 passes for 280 total yards and 2 TDs combined. Just this past Sunday, against the Colts, he caught for 100 yards for the second time this season and reached his second-best PPR tally of the year with a WR11 score of 21.0 FP.
The Raiders have a tough matchup for wideouts next (Chargers, 7th-best defense against the position in fantasy points allowed), but they face Miami (17th) after that. Agholor is a true WR1 in Las Vegas' offense, and that alone makes him a must-add WW target in pretty much every league, with next weekend's matchup the only thing keeping him off the "all leagues" scope.
