ANALYSIS: 

If there’s a word to describe Niko Goodrum, it’s versatile. It’s not that he’s eligible for a ton of positions, either, though it doesn’t hurt. On the season, Goodrum has 20 doubles, nine home runs and four triples. He’s added 11 stolen bases to spice things up. He’s also a clear platoon hitter, with a lethal .383 wOBA against left-handed pitching.

He does strikeout quite a bit, and he struggles against righties, but his speed and xBH power gives him upside in any match-up. He’s going to continue hitting in the heart of the Tigers order and seeing plenty of pitches to hit with Castellanos and Miggy surrounding him. Goodrum is a solid add in deeper leagues if you need some balance and a guy who will be in there every day.
