BALLER MOVE: Add in 12-Team PPR Leagues
OWNED IN: 27% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Indianapolis Colts running back Nyheim Hines had a poor game against the Jaguars on Sunday, but this could be the perfect time to add him. The speedy rookie only had six touches for 22 yards in the 29-26 win, but does have at least two catches in four of the last five games. On top of that, Hines had 11 carries for 78 yards against the Raiders before the bye.
The best reason to look into Hines is the fact that Marlon Mack had 12 carries for 29 yards against the Jags and tight end Eric Ebron had a rushing touchdown, showing that the Colts need a redzone option. Jordan Wilkins also had only one carry and, although that carry went for 53 yards, Mack's lack of production could mean that there is a potential for an increased workload for Hines. Those that are looking into Hines, though, need to recognize that Mack was coming off of two games with 125+ yards and is 5th in the league with 82 rushing yards per game.
A matchup against the second-best fantasy defense in football (the Titans) is not geat for Hines, nor is the fact that the Colts play Tennessee in Week 17 as well, but Indy does have a plus matchup against the Dolphins in Week 12. Hines is more of a speculative add, but, with Mack also dealing with ankle troubles, could pay off big in the playoff race.
