BALLER MOVE: Add in 10-Team PPR Leagues
OWNED IN: 59% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Indianapolis Colts running back Nyheim Hines is part of a messy backfield in Indy, but might be the safest option. A week after grabbing two receiving touchdowns against the Texans, Hines tallied 90 total yards against the Patriots. He has 33 carries for just 99 yards this season, but does have 29 catches for 164 yards in the passing game.
With Andrew Luck back as the quarterback for the Colts, and with a depleted receiving corps, Hines will likely get the receiving targets out of the backfield, looking to take advantage of his sprinter's speed. The Colts have a bevy of backfield options (Marlon Mack, Robert Turbin, Jordan Wilkins), but Hines seems to be the most explosive option. He is also the only one that has scored a touchdown this season and Wilkins is the only back that approaches his 62 touches (53 for Wilkins).
The Jets, who the Colts will face in Week 6, rank 18th against running backs, giving Hines the opportunity to distance himself from his competition in the backfield. Mack will look to be integrated into the offense and Wilkins is a safer bet to get carries, but Hines is the one with the highest upside. Look to add him in most leagues, starting him in deeper leagues.
