BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues

ANALYSIS: Orlando Arcia, the Brewers’ top prospect and No. 13 overall according to MLB Pipeline, is set to make his big-league debut on Tuesday against the Padres.
Arcia, who will celebrate his 22nd birthday on Thursday, got the call following a bunch of moves — trading Jonathan Lucroy, Jeremy Jeffress and Will Smith — that confirmed the Brewers’s decision to throw in the towel on the 2016 season. He will assume the starting shortstop job, with Jonathan Villar moving to third base and Hernan Perez taking on more of a utility role.
Arcia was hitting just .268/.320/.404 with eight homers and 15 steals in Triple-A this year, but did slash .307/.347/.453 with eight homers and 25 steals in Double-A in 2015. He is a four-tool player, with good bat control, great speed on the base paths, incredible range and a strong arm. He doesn’t possess much home-run power, but he has the strength to drive the ball into gaps.
The Brewers will give him a chance to play every day going forward, so fantasy owners should pick up Arcia and hope he can produce right away. If not, he is still exceptionally valuable in keeper and dynasty leagues.
