Aside from Devonta Freeman, there were a few other players who put up big points in Week 4 for fantasy football owners. Let's take a look at the top performers, assuming PPR formats and six-point touchdown scoring.
Philip Rivers had a great game, completing 23-of-38 pass attempts for 358 passing yards and three touchdowns. That was good for 32.22 fantasy points against the Cleveland Browns, and made him the highest scoring fantasy quarterback in Week 4. He has another tasty matchup against the Steelers in Week 5.
After Mike Evans soaked up 17 targets in Week 3, Vincent Jackson was a target monster this week against the Panthers hauling in 10-of-15 passes for 147 yards and a touchdown. That was good for a lofty 30.70 fantasy points. After posting 11 targets in Week 1, Jackson only saw five targets in both Weeks 2 and 3 - so this was a great game for fantasy owners, and hopefully a sign of things to come against the Jaguars in Week 5.
Although it wasn't always pretty, Sam Bradford finally produced for fantasy owners in Week 4. With the Eagles still trying to find their offensive groove, Bradford completed 15-of-28 pass attempts for 270 yards and three touchdowns. His 30.20 fantasy points were by far Bradford's highest output of the season, as he hadn't put up more than 15.44 points yet in any game. Hopefully this will get Bradford on track moving forward, as he has a tasty matchup with the Saints coming in Week 5.
