BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ team PPR leagues

ANALYSIS:Most people will scoff or just outright bust a gut laughing at the simple mention of picking up any Miami Dolphin right now. But this undrafted free agent might actually turn out to be their best pass-catcher. With the team constantly playing from behind, there will be some opportunities for decent production. You should even consider adding him in 12-team leagues for bye week usage.
Williams made a strong impression in the preseason opener, catching four passes for 97 yards. He then scored the Dolphins' only TD of the regular season in the opener against Baltimore. In Week Two, he posted a decent statistical line with four receptions for 62 yards. There is no other offensive player who is looking competent right now other than Williams. While the others are either overmatched or look completely lost (Kalen Ballage) Williams actually appears hungry to seize an opportunity.
Williams is a big target at 6-5, 218 and should get some TD chances if Miami actually stays in a game for awhile, which should eventually happen at some point. He is second on the team in targets behind Devante Parker, the most notorious underachieving WR in the league. Parker only has three catches. No one else seems capable of overtaking Williams as a top target, so add him for some adequate production in PPR formats when the bye weeks roll around. By then, he might be producing more than he is now.
