ANALYSIS: Ray McCallum is former top 20 high school player who decided against the big name schools in order to play for his father at the University of Detroit Mercy and gave away his notoriety because of it. Now he's starting for a lost-for-the-year Darren Collison and growing into a fan (and more importantly, George Karl) favorite for the Kings. Though the team's season was lost with DeMarcus Cousin's menangitis diagnosis, that opens up huge opportunities for a young guy like McCallum. He's cracked double digit scoring in six of the last seven games and put up at least 13 shots in the last two. If he can pick up more consistent numbers in the assist/rebound/steal catagories, his value could potentially skyrocket. Nonetheless, dynasty players may be looking at the starting point guard for the Kings of the future.
