BALLER MOVE: Add in 14-Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 28% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Robert Williams is still a ways away from becoming a Jaylen Brown-caliber player, sure, but as many voices as are calling for Jaylen to get more recognition than he usually gets are also claiming Boston to play Williams for longer stretches of minutes given his absolute per-minute dominance when he's on the court.
Williams is playing a measly 16.3 minutes per game for the Celtics this season, always coming off the bench. That is not surprising considering Boston has both Daniel Theis and Tristan Thompson manning the paint this year. But Williams is averaging 1.25 FP per minute compared to Theis' 0.77 and TT's 0.95 marks. while starting and playing in seemingly better contexts.
The limited playing time is cutting Williams' overall upside but even then RoWill is sustaining a 7-7 line on the season with very good averages on steals (1.1) and (most of all) blocks (1.5) per game. Williams is one of 10 players in the NBA posting up 1.5 BPG while having played at least 5 games this season. The other ones: Myles Turner, Rudy Gobert, Chris Boucher, Christian Wood, Mitchell Robinson, Joel Embiid, Jarrett Allen, Andre Drummond, and James Wiseman. Oh, and all but Boucher and Wiseman are logging 24+ MPG compared to Williams' 16.3.
While Williams will miss next week due to COVID-related issues, that only means fantasy GMs will probably drop him and make him available in even more leagues than he's currently in. Don't be afraid and if you have room, add Robert Williams. The only thing that made me label him as a 14-Team League target instead of a 12-Team one is the upcoming week off the court. Other than that, he's starting to look like a must-add for any slightly-deep-league GM.

Fantasy Basketball Deeper-League Waiver Wire Adds for Week 24: Isaac Okoro, Kris Dunn, Josh Richardson, Corey Kispert, Delon Wright
The deeper a fantasy basketball league, the harder it is to hit a winner with your last few picks. It is also harder to find decent help from the waiver wire if your late-round picks don't do you justice. If you picked up a few stinkers, don't lose hope just yet. I will try to […]
Onyeka Okongwu (SF/PF, ATL): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 16% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Hawks are currently the 10th seed in the East but are also tied for 8th and 9th with Brooklyn and Charlotte respectively. Immanuel Quickley (PG, NYK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 48% of leagues ANALYSIS: If we use common basketball sense, then the New York Knicks and Coach Thibs should try and see what the young guys such as Immanuel Quickley have in them and what they can provide the franchise with ROS, as the NYK are […]
Deni Avdija (SG/SF, WAS): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 37% of leagues ANALYSIS: One would reasonably think that a player seeing a playing-time boost such as that of Deni Avdija's this month would make said player drop his efficiency numbers. Well, not the case for the Wiz Wing by the looks of it. Avdija has […]

BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 24% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Nets can finally rest assured they'll make the play-in portion of the season. Not quite what you expected when the season got rolling back in October, but at least more than what the Lakers would have accomplished a week from now. […]
