Ronnie Hillman and C.J. Anderson both saw 11 carries in Week 4 versus the Minnesota Vikings, but once again Hillman outplayed Anderson. Taken as a 1st or 2nd round pick this year in fantasy drafts, Anderson has been a big disappointment - and now it looks like Hillman's role will continue to expand moving forward at the expense of Anderson.
The highlight of Hillman's game was an impressive 72 yard touchdown run, boosting his YPC to a lofty 9.4 on the day. For comparison, Anderson's YPC so far this year have been as follows: 2.4 in Week 1, 2.3 in Week 2, 2.3 in Week 3, and 3.9 in Week 4. These are not encouraging numbers, and it may be a matter of time before Hillman officially moves ahead of Anderson on the depth chart and starts leading this backfield weekly in touches. Fantasy owners should be bracing themselves for a change.
