Boogity, Boogity, Boogity, let’s go RotoBaller Racing!
At RotoBaller, the team is always striving to cover all of the fantasy sports you love, and help you win in in every sport. So now comes a new, dedicated effort to Fantasy NASCAR.
We have seen the sport develop more in the fantasy space over the past few years, first when DFS gaming was launched by DraftKings, and then FanDuel. There was some initial skepticism about the potential of the games, but once the daily operators proved it could survive, the need for high-quality content arose.
Meet The Team
Now, to fill those DFS needs, RotoBaller has assembled the best crew since Hendrick Motorsports had Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Mark Martin and Dale Earnhardt Jr. at the same time. To start off our new year-round Fantasy NASCAR coverage, we have a Fantasy Hall of Famer, a two-time racing writer award winner, and a 12-time DFS tournament champion and much more!
Scott "The King" Engel
Fantasy Sports Writers Association inaugural Hall of Famer Scott Engel has been a national Fantasy NASCAR writer and analyst since 2004. His work has appeared on ESPN.com and he launched NASCAR coverage for RotoExperts that included live events coverage and driver interviews. He was nominated twice for FSWA Racing Writer of the Year Awards and is a past champion of the SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio NASCAR league.
Chase Holden
Chase Holden, host of the Garage Guys Podcast, will also offer his free race previews and DFS lineup picks every week. In 1998, the young Garage Guy Chase went to his first NASCAR race and the rest is history. He is now a credentialed NASCAR media member. As he grew up, Chase started going to Talledega Superspeedway and his knowledge and passion began to grow. A few years later, he dove heavy into fantasy football - and once he realized NASCAR was an option, he was hooked. Now Chase wants to share his passion of the sport with all of you RotoBallers by providing his unique takes and give you what you need to win. In 2019, Chase was a two-time DFS tournament champion, a top-ranked DFS accuracy expert several times, and was nominated for FSWA's Racing Writer of the Year award. Needless to say, he is one of the most up-and-coming NASCAR analysts in the industry.
Drew Deen
Since the depressing moment of realizing he was not athletic enough to play college basketball, Drew has looked for ways to ignite his competitive nature. Beginning at the age of 18, Drew spent free time mastering and playing in Texas Holdem Poker before transitioning into the DFS world. At age 23, Drew began playing DFS as more than a hobby. He is already a 11-time DFS tournament winner, and has 13 different $3k+ contest finishes - 10 of them coming from NASCAR, including the 2020 Auto Club 400 on March 1st and the 2020 Food City 500 on May 31st. In addition to enjoying DFS, Drew recently began pursuing opportunities outside of participating in contests. This led to him meeting and partnering with Chase Holden on the Garage Guys Podcast and joining the RotoBaller team shortly after as an NBA writer. Drew is now excited to join the NASCAR team.
Sean Engel
Sean Engel is a six-time DraftKings tournament winner and won his first seasonal Fantasy NASCAR championship at the age of 10, in 2004. He has been a nationally published DFS and seasonal Fantasy NASCAR writer since 2009. He also is a featured Fantasy NASCAR guest analyst on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio.
