BALLER MOVE: Add in Deep Leagues
ANALYSIS: Phillies former ace Roy Halladay is on the mend from shoulder surgery and is scheduled to make his first rehab start this Thursday. Rumor has it that he'll need only two rehab starts before rejoining the big club around the last week of August. Prior to the injury, Halladay's 8.65 ERA and 1.46 WHIP were terrible, but he was still able to strike out 35 guys in 34.1 innings. In other words, what Halladay can offer your team down the stretch is definitely a gamble, but if you need pitching help, you won't find a guy floating on waivers with a better resume than the former two-time Cy Young winner. Now is the time to stash Halladay, especially if you are in a league that allows DL spots.
