BALLER MOVE: Add in Deep Leagues
ANALYSIS: In live chat, I see a ton of questions regarding the OF position and guys that should be snagged from the waiver wire, dropped, traded, and so on. If you are in need of some quick value and headed towards fantasy playoff time, I would take a look at Seth Smith if you play in leagues where you can adjust your lineup daily. Over the last six days, Smith is hot at the plate, racking up 6 RBI on 6 hits, and taking three walks. He’s clobbered two doubles, a triple, and a home run, bringing his average up to .291 on the year. His season stats aren't half bad either, sporting a .291/.387/.506 slash line with 12 HR and 38 RBIs. The one caveat is that while Smith mashes right handed pitching, he either doesn't play or doesn't hit left handed hurlers, so you need to be able to take Smith out of your lineup on certain days. Smith is definitely worth a grab in deeper leagues if you're looking to add some power and RBI potential.
