Analysis: Public service announcement: feel free to write angry, scathing comments about this next claim, but I would venture to say that Stefon Diggs is the hottest player in fantasy football right now. He already receives my vote for the "Shiniest Diamond in the Deepest Rough" Award. Diggs has been unconscious by averaging ten targets per game, converting 6.25 of those targets into receptions. He's tallied 419 yards, averaging 104.75 yards per game at a fantastic rate of 16.8 yards per reception. He also has touchdown in each of his last two games.

What is really eye-opening about Diggs is the way he seems to be bringing Teddy Bridgewater to new heights. Bridgewater has never been known as a deep-ball quarterback, and is far more acclaimed for his accuracy. However, in the four games in which Diggs has played, his longest receptions per game have continuously increased from 25, 31, 36, and 40.

Followers of Diggs' college career as a Maryland Terrapin shouldn't be surprised by Digg's deep-ball success. In his senior season Diggs accumulated 62 receptions, 792 yards, and five touchdowns in just 10 games played. He is the hottest weapon on a steadily improving offense, and should be rostered in all leagues.
