BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 25% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Oakland Athletics outfielder Stephen Piscotty struggled at the beginning of his career in Oakland, but he has turned it on lately as the A's bats have awakened. He's up to .299 and has five multi-hit games in the past week.
Piscotty disappointed last year for well-documented personal reasons, but a move to Oakland might be the remedy to his offensive woes. The biggest issue with Piscotty (and any Athletics hitter) is that Oakland Coliseum is a pitcher's park. Yes, this is an issue, as the Coliseum currently has the third-worst HR Park Factor for RHB in the league.
While ballpark effects are an issue, St. Louis' Busch Stadium is second-worst. He managed to crank 22 home runs and drive in 85 in that park back in 2016. If you can pick up 20+ HR, 80+ RBI and an average close to .300 off the waiver wire at this point in the season, do so and reap the rewards.
