ANALYSIS: The Broncos come off a demolition derby against the Jets, so it makes sense to find Teddy Bridgewater as just the 24th-best quarterback of Week 3's slate of games (pending MNF) as Denver ran New York off the field to a 26-0 magnificent victory. That being said, and although Bridgewater really didn't do much to help his squad, he still finished in the QB2 realm while he already had two more top-15 finishes in the first two games of the season.
Teddy Bridgewater (probably) didn't know he was going to be out there on the field for Week 1 not far away from that game's kickoff while the Broncos decided which quarterback they were going to start for the 2021 season. Alas, Bridgewater got the starting nod and has yet to look back. The first two games of the season couldn't have gone better for him, putting up 36-28-264-2 and 34-26-328-2 lines in those two games against no interceptions.
Bridgewater surely dropped his performance a bit in W3 with a lower 25-19-235 line and no touchdowns, but he once more avoided interceptions/fumbles and added a season-high 24 yards rushing to bulk up his FP a bit. The first two weeks of the season saw Teddy hit 20.5 and 21.2 FP for a QB15 and a QB10 finish respectively, and even on a "bad" day this past Sunday he still was a QB2 completing 76% of his throws for 235 yards. Bridgewater doesn't offer the highest of ceilings, but his floor is reasonably good because he doesn't risk it a lot with his passes, so he is a must-have player in 2QB/Superflex leagues and even some true-deep formats.
