BALLER MOVE: Add in 14-Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 11% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Rostering a second-unit Clipper might not feel like a sound decision, considering how top-heavy the team is. With Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, and second-level players such as Marcus Morris Sr., Serge Ibaka, and Ivica Zubac alternating minutes between units, opportunities are limited, to say the least. That's why Terance Mann has a low 17% usage rate on the season... although he's making the most of it and the 28 MPG he's logging since March 20.
The great thing about bench-riders in the Clips roster is that both Kawhi and George are adept at either 1) getting injured or 2) resting. The former has played 41 of 50 games, and the latter only 37. That's why guys like Mann are very valuable here (47 GP, by the way). Although Mann has started just four games this season (all of them spot-starts), he is a great second-unit man. In the last two weeks of games, from Mar. 20 to Thursday's game against Denver, Mann has played at least 22 minutes in each of those eight matches posting up a rather nice 15-7-2 average line in 28+ MPG.
Mann is a great scorer with upside to getting into the 20+ point-real any given night, and a lock to drop 10 pops a day, and a fairly safe play to hand you his 15 steadily. He can hit them from long range as well as inside, is shooting a masterful 54% in the past 15 days on a reasonable 11 FGA, and the best of all is that he contribs all across the board with his best numbers coming in the rebound and assist cats. Not a bad option for those in 9-cat leagues either, as his TOs per game are below 0.65 per game on the year and just 0.9 in the past two weeks even with an uptick in usage rate up to 21%.

Fantasy Basketball Deeper-League Waiver Wire Adds for Week 24: Isaac Okoro, Kris Dunn, Josh Richardson, Corey Kispert, Delon Wright
The deeper a fantasy basketball league, the harder it is to hit a winner with your last few picks. It is also harder to find decent help from the waiver wire if your late-round picks don't do you justice. If you picked up a few stinkers, don't lose hope just yet. I will try to […]
Onyeka Okongwu (SF/PF, ATL): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 16% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Hawks are currently the 10th seed in the East but are also tied for 8th and 9th with Brooklyn and Charlotte respectively. There's even a chance (albeit small) that Atlanta could rise as high as to reach the 7th seed if […]
Immanuel Quickley (PG, NYK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 48% of leagues ANALYSIS: If we use common basketball sense, then the New York Knicks and Coach Thibs should try and see what the young guys such as Immanuel Quickley have in them and what they can provide the franchise with ROS, as the NYK are […]
Deni Avdija (SG/SF, WAS): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 37% of leagues ANALYSIS: One would reasonably think that a player seeing a playing-time boost such as that of Deni Avdija's this month would make said player drop his efficiency numbers. Well, not the case for the Wiz Wing by the looks of it. Avdija has […]
Nicolas Claxton (PF/C, BRK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 24% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Nets can finally rest assured they'll make the play-in portion of the season. Not quite what you expected when the season got rolling back in October, but at least more than what the Lakers would have accomplished a week from now. […]
