BALLER MOVE: Bench Stash in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 25% of Fleaflicker leagues
ANALYSIS: Shaw was given the nod as Boston's Opening Day third baseman over Pablo Sandoval, and has picked up four hits in nine at-bats. The issue with trusting someone like Shaw in an everyday fantasy role is that we only have a little more than 200 at-bats to judge what he's done in the past. He was prone to strikeouts in limited time last season, but did hit 13 home runs in 65 games in 2015. Shaw and Hanley Ramirez have already seen plenty more time than Big Panda, and both have turned heads so far. All three are set to start on Saturday, with Shaw batting cleanup. Right now, Shaw hasn't given us a reason not to use him, but definitely be cautious as the season is still very young.
