The Toronto Blue Jays have put out their lineup for Game 1 of the ALDS on Thursday, and Troy Tulowitzki will be moved to the fifth spot.
Tulowitzki played in two games during the final weekend of the regular season after the shortstop missed most of September with a small crack in his shoulder blade. He’s admitted that he’s not at 100 percent but he’s being placed in the heart of the MLB’s highest-scoring team against the Texas Rangers on Thursday.

I’m not pain-free,” Tulowitzki told reporters. “Some soreness in there, as can be expected. But that doesn’t mean I can’t play.”
The 30-year-old batted just .239/.317/.380 in 41 games for Toronto. He was a .299/.371/.513 hitter in 1,048 total games with Colorado.
Thursday will be the first postseason game for Toronto since it won the World Series back in 1993.
Blue Jays lineup for Game 1: Ben Revere LF, Josh Donaldson 3B, Jose Bautista RF, Edwin Encarnacion DH, Troy Tulowitzki SS, Justin Smoak 1B, Russell Martin C, Ryan Goins 2B, Kevin Pillar CF.
David Price will be on the mound.
