BALLER MOVE: Add in 14-Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 8% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Always keep an eye on under-the-radar, low-maintenance players widely available out there, folks. The Thunder tanking effort has been sublime, as OKC has gone a stupid 1-19 in their past 20 games going all the way back to Apr. 2. LOL. That some stinking run right there. Do we hate it, though? No, sir! Ty Jerome might not strike you as the must-have player for the remaining week of games. Jerome is just a second-unit player for these Thunder, which doesn't speak greatly of his situation, but he's been a magnificently efficient player in the past couple of weeks.
Jerome has played six games from Apr. 26 on averaging 23 MPG off the pine. Those minutes are bulked up a bit because of an outlier of a game against Philly in which he played 31 minutes, but that's not the point to highlight here. The important thing is that even on such a diminished role, Jerome has been able to average 26 FP in those six games while putting up a perfectly palatable 1.09 FP/min mark. Just for reference, the league is averaging 0.90 FP/min, which is around 20% fewer points per minute on the court. Not bad.
The Thunder have five more games on their schedule starting with two this weekend against OKC and Sacto, and facing the Kings, Jazz, and Clippers to close the year. Jerome has shot the rock out of his mind with a 56% shooting from the floor, a ridiculous 71.2 TS%, and he's hitting treys with gusto at 2.6 3PG in the past six and 2.4 in the last 15 games with at least 1+ triple in each of those matches.

Fantasy Basketball Deeper-League Waiver Wire Adds for Week 24: Isaac Okoro, Kris Dunn, Josh Richardson, Corey Kispert, Delon Wright
The deeper a fantasy basketball league, the harder it is to hit a winner with your last few picks. It is also harder to find decent help from the waiver wire if your late-round picks don't do you justice. If you picked up a few stinkers, don't lose hope just yet. I will try to […]
Onyeka Okongwu (SF/PF, ATL): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 16% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Hawks are currently the 10th seed in the East but are also tied for 8th and 9th with Brooklyn and Charlotte respectively. There's even a chance (albeit small) that Atlanta could rise as high as to reach the 7th seed if […]
Immanuel Quickley (PG, NYK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 48% of leagues ANALYSIS: If we use common basketball sense, then the New York Knicks and Coach Thibs should try and see what the young guys such as Immanuel Quickley have in them and what they can provide the franchise with ROS, as the NYK are […]
Deni Avdija (SG/SF, WAS): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 37% of leagues ANALYSIS: One would reasonably think that a player seeing a playing-time boost such as that of Deni Avdija's this month would make said player drop his efficiency numbers. Well, not the case for the Wiz Wing by the looks of it. Avdija has […]
Nicolas Claxton (PF/C, BRK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 24% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Nets can finally rest assured they'll make the play-in portion of the season. Not quite what you expected when the season got rolling back in October, but at least more than what the Lakers would have accomplished a week from now. […]
