Juan Uribe will fly with his teammates to Kansas City either to be on the World Series roster or to be in the clubhouse.
The New York Mets third baseman hasn’t played since Sept. 20 because of a bruised chest. Uribe was left off the NLDS and NLCS roster but there is a slight chance he could make the World Series roster. The team will make a decision on Monday when rosters are due.

The 36-year-old has 15 years of MLB experience and was one of the reasons the Mets were able to turn around a mediocre offense into one of the better ones in the league. Uribe only had a .219 BA since being traded to the Mets, but has 6 HR and 20 RBI and is a great bat off the bench. He provides World Series experience since he won titles with the Chicago White Sox and San Francisco Giants.
