ANALYSIS: Victor Cruz hasn't played in the NFL since 2014, which doesn't bode well for his ability to impact a fantasy football team anytime soon. When Cruz was healthy, however, he was a magnet for Eli Manning, pulling down 214 balls for 3,626 yards and 23 touchdowns from 2011-’13. With Manning still at the helm in New York, there's a chance that old spark may catch aflame again between the two. At only 29 years old, Cruz is still young enough to put up another decent season or two, health willing.
