BALLER MOVE: Add in 10- and 12-Team Leagues

ANALYSIS: Nationals top farmhand Victor Robles is reportedly heading to the nation’s capital to join the big league club, making the jump straight from Double-A. The No. 4 overall prospect in baseball according to MLB Pipeline will not be eligible to compete in the postseason, but he should provide the Nats with a spark over the last few weeks of the season. As for his immediate fantasy value (he’s one of the more attractive keeper/dynasty pieces in all of baseball), it’s hard to predict how quickly Robles will adjust to major league pitching considering he’s seen just 158 career plate appearances above A ball. Still, the 20-year-old is touted as one of the more mature and advanced hitters to pass through the minors in years, and boasts five above-average tools— including plus-plus speed. Across two levels this season, he slashed an impressive .300/.382/.493 with 10 homers and 27 stolen bases. Robles is worth a speculative, shot-in-the-dark add in just about all formats for teams seeking a late-season push.
