ANALYSIS: Miley hasn't allowed more than three ER over any of his past 11 starts, which has helped lower his ERA to 3.68 in 134.2 IP. The young lefty has won four of his last five starts, including shutting down the Tampa Bay Rays for 6.1 IP in his last start by allowing no runs on two hits. Despite a few hiccups earlier in the year, Miley is starting to look more like the 2012 version of himself, which is to say a very capable starting pitcher and should be owned in all leagues.
