What's up RotoBallers. Below you will find our Week 10 NFL Monday Night matchups & fantasy football start/sit analysis for the 2016 NFL football season. Ben Ruppert breaks down the final portion of the Week 10 matchups to help you prepare your lineups to win this week.

Each week of the NFL season, we will be breaking down individual matchups and providing you with some fantasy football advice and lineup recommendations based on matchups that we love, matchups that we hate, and some high-risk/high-reward players, as well. It’s essential to analyze the weekly NFL match-ups to find lineup sleepers and gems, while also avoiding those players who may turn out to be busts.

Matchups We Love:

Tyler Eifert (TE, CIN)

In Cincinnati’s Week 8 game against the Redskins, Tyler Eifert looked like the dominant tight end we saw last season. He played in 84% of the team’s snaps, hauling in 9-of-12 targets for 102 yards and a TD. With the bye week now passed, Eifert will be at full-go this week against a Giants defense that has given up the fifth most receptions to the TE position this season. Though they have only allowed one TD to the position, Eifert creates a huge matchup problem in the red zone given his size (6’6”, 250lbs.) and ability, which allowed him to score on a nice 15-yard TD reception last game.

Tyler Boyd (WR, CIN)

With A.J. Green and Tyler Eifert commanding the most attention in the Giants secondary, Tyler Boyd will have an opportunity to make some things happen in the slot. Eifert’s return hurt Brandon LaFell more than anyone else last week, with Boyd getting seven targets to LaFell’s two.  The Giants have been solid against WRs this season, but have been susceptible to slot receivers. Over the Giants' past two games, Jordan Matthews and Tavon Austin both found success with 16 catches for 145 yards and a TD combined. Moving forward it looks like Boyd will be the receiver to own behind Green in the offense.

Odell Beckham Jr. (WR, NYG)

The Cincinnati Bengals have given up the seventh fewest fantasy points to opposing WRs this season. This is not going to be an easy matchup for Beckham, however the way the Giants used Beckham in their game last week against the Eagles gives his owners some encouragement for this week. Beckham was moved all around the formation on offense, and worked out of the slot much more than normal. He only finished with four receptions for 46 yards, but scored two TDs against a solid Eagles secondary. He has seen 10 targets per game this season, and leads the team with eight red zone targets. Beckham will find a way to get his on Monday.

Matchups We Hate:

Paul Perkins (RB, NYG)

Paul Perkins took on a bigger role in the Giants backfield than he had all season long in last week’s game against the Eagles. Perkins rushed a season high 11 times for 32 yards, including three receptions for 15 yards. He had the same amount of touches as Rashad Jennings with eight more yards, though he was out-snapped by him 37-to-22. Perkins may be in line to take on a bigger role this week, but owners shouldn’t be expecting much. Rashad Jennings is one of the best blocking RBs in the league, meaning he will not be totally phased out of the offense no matter what. With the backfield split 50/50 and not finding much success lately as a whole, this is a backfield to avoid.

Notable Players:

Jeremy Hill (RB, CIN)

Jeremy Hill has been impressive over the past two games, gaining 244 yards on 29 rushing attempts with two TDs. Giovani Bernard has been nearly as impressive, with 132 rushing yards on 28 attempts and two scores. The Giants haven’t allowed a 100-yard rusher all season, and have not allowed a receiving TD to a RB all season long. Since Eifert’s return, Bernard has only seen two targets in the receiving game. A big part of Bernard’s value is his receiving prowess, taking away some of the luster in playing him. Hill’s matchup won’t be easy, but with the way he is running over the past two weeks Hill is a good play this week.

A.J. Green (WR, CIN)

Green is in the midst of the best season of his amazing career. He is on pace to catch a career high 118 passes for 1,792 yards, along with six TDs. He has at least eight targets in every game this season, including a ridiculous 18 last week in the overtime tie against the Redskins. He currently leads the league in catches with 59, and leads the AFC in receiving yards with 896. Green may have some issues with Janoris Jenkins and the Giants secondary, who have done a good job this season against the likes of Jordy Nelson and Dez Bryant. Green has been nearly unstoppable this season, and things shouldn’t be any different on Monday with the volume Green is receiving.
