Week 12 Quarterback (QB) Rankings Analysis

One QB I am not shying away from despite a tough matchup? That would be Andy Dalton, who has proven himself several times over this season.
After playing really in really tough games vs Seattle and @Arizona, I’m not too worried about Dalton. He did have one misstep against the Texans but with his performance in that Arizona game he proved he wasn’t reverting back to the old Andy Dalton. I have him at QB6 this week.
Similarly, a lot of people have cooled on Derek Carr after a really bad game last week against the Lions. His consensus rank is QB14, and I have him at QB9. My thinking is the Lions have somehow become a really good defense lately. Carr is another QB that has played well in other tough matchups, I’m not too worried about him here vs the Titans
On the negative side we have Matt Ryan. After a fine start to the season, Ryan now has nine touchdowns and eight interceptions over his last six games. Ryan has not thrown more than 17 interceptions in a season, but it seems highly likely that changes this season.
In particular, Ryan has eight interceptions at home against just two on the road. In this game at home vs a strong Vikings team, it seems like a good week to avoid Ryan. I have him at QB19.
