BALLER MOVE: Add in 14- and 16-Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 8% Fleaflicker
ANALYSIS: Congratulations to Wes Welker. One of the best slot receivers in NFL history is getting another shot in the league. According to Nick Wagoner of ESPN, the St. Louis Rams have decided to sign the veteran receiver after losing Stedman Bailey to a four-game suspension for violating the substance abuse policy.
What's really surprising to me here, is the fact that Welker is actually owned in eight percent of leagues still. For whoever held on to Welker through the first nine weeks of the season with the expectations that he'd return, kudos to you, because that's dedication. Welker should be an intriguing option, but don't expect to get much from him over the first week or two, as he'll have plenty of work to do in terms of learning the playbook.
