BALLER MOVE: Leave on the waiver wire
OWNED IN: 65% of Fleaflicker Leagues
ANALYSIS: The Cleveland Browns have averaged 75.6 rushing yards per game, the second fewest in the NFL. Crowell has a measly 328 rushing yards on 107 attempts, and only one rushing touchdown to go with it. After season-highs of 72 and 63 rushing yards Week 2 and Week 4, Crowell hasn't come close to either. It's been all downhill for him carrying the ball.
The Browns have featured Duke Johnson Jr. as a receiving back and he appears to have a more important role on a struggling offense. The Browns have the fourth-worst red zone scoring offense and only rush the ball 36.8% times inside the 20. This can be attributed to a weak offensive line or simply that Crowell has not been able to get anything going this year.
Crowell is coming off a very forgettable performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers where he finished the day with negative five yards on six carries. As if it can't get any worse for the second year back, the Browns face the Baltimore Ravens Monday night who have given up only six rushing touchdowns and only 3.6 yards per carry, according to ESPN.com. Crowell is not an option in any league.
