ANALYSIS: Will Smith got his second save tonight, and the second save in a row for the Giants, spanning the last three days. Mark Melancon actually started the ninth inning tonight in a non-save situation (the Giants were leading 9-5 at the time), but he gave up three hits and one earned run before getting yanked. That's when Smith was called in for the one out save. It should be noted that Sam Dyson pitched in the seventh inning tonight, and Tony Watson pitched in the eighth inning tonight. If this is any indication of what's to come, then Will Smith may be the guy to target in deeper leagues. It's certainly a fluid bullpen situation, but saves are saves and Smith has nailed down the last two in a row cleanly.
