ANALYSIS: Zach Ertz has still not scored a touchdown, and is averaging just three receptions and 32 yards per game. The Eagles finally righted their offense against New Orleans in Week 5, however, and Ertz posted five receptions for 60 yards. Those numbers still aren't much, but it could be the signal that Ertz is turning things around.
The Eagles face a Giants team in Week 6 that ranks dead last in pass defense, allowing more than 300 passing yards per game. There is no better time to pick up Ertz, whether it is as a one-week stopgap or a long-term solution.
